| Ningbo Zhongqiang Powder Metallurgical Products Factory mainly produces
automobile and motorcycle absorber fittings. It is located in Jiangbei
Industrial Zone, covering a ground area of 8,000 square meters and
construction area of over 3,000 square meters. It was founded in 1972
and cooperated with Ningbo Powder Metallurgy Factory, the largest
powder manufacturer in Ningbo, to jointly produce kinds of absorber
fittings in 1984. In 1993, it was transformed as stock cooperative
enterprise in conformity to economic system reform. In 2001, it obtained
ISO9001:2000 quality management certificate.

As well as three 200T, three 100T and several 60T &
40T punches and mesh sintering furnaces, omnipotent outer-round
grinding machine, lathes, milling machine and planers, the factory
invested over 3 million yuan to introduce equipment recently, including
electric spark and slow stroke cutters of Beijing Aqi Company, two
automatic powder shaping machine of Ningbo Huizhong Pressing Machine
Manufacture Ltd., one omnipotent outer-round grinding machine of
Shanghai Machine Tool Factory, one horizontal lathe of Shanghai
No.2 Machine Tool Factory, and one linear cutter of Ningbo Numerical
Control Equipment Factory. Now the factory owns total assets of
more than 8 million yuan and fixed assets of more than 6 million
yuan and annual productivity over 10 million yuan. It has the most
advanced powder metallurgy pressing and sintering equipment as well
as complete physicochemical testing equipment. It has Production
Section, Power Section, Technique Section, Quality Control Section,
Finance Section and Supply Section, one senior engineer, three persons
of intermediate technical title and one engineer assistant.
